What I've been doing...

because I've obviously not been blogging. I'd forgotten the answer until last night.

Last night was Family Production Night at church. Families get together to do a craft, watch a puppet show, sing & act out songs, and share in discussion of the Sunday School topic of the month. Then we join together for dinner.

It was our first time at FPN even though we've been attending the church regularly since Summer.

After the very funny puppet show that included the words hibernation and hyperventilation in the script, one of the leaders asked, "Does anyone know what hibernation means"?

It was quiet for a few seconds as everyone thought of how best to answer.

Then I heard a familiar voice in my left ear saying, "Sleeping."

The leader acknowledged that Little Sprout had answered well.

Then he asked, "What kind of animals hibernate"?

I knew it was coming. I just knew it.

"Mommy!"

Fortunately he didn't ask about hyperventilating.

On a more serious note, please pray for those involved in the deadly crashes on Wisconsin I-90 in the fog yesterday afternoon. While we were enjoying a joyful time with family and friends oblivious to what had happened, many other families were being treated in area hospitals; waiting for their loved ones to return from their rescue duties; or stranded on the interstate.
